We had excellent breakfasts.
The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with a big comfy double bed, had essentials required.

Nice place with comfortable rooms, great wi-fi, and a relaxing bar/lounge area. The staff even helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay. I'll return for Christmas!

The owners make you feel at home on arrival. Very friendly and offering advise on the area. The finishing touches in the bedroom were noted. Many hotels you have to ask for 2 pillows but they were standard here. Along with plently tea/coffee/biscuits in the room for all 4 of us. The breakfast was good, plenty of cereal choice, croissants, cereal bars, followed by full english with tea/coffee/Orange juice. Lovely run hotel.

Everything was good, the parking was nearby, the room was spotless and bright. There was brilliant food, the staff was pleasant and exceptional. The venue was set in the central position close enough to tower, and promenade. It was next to Promenade Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

Breakfast included a perfect fried egg and super tasty bacon.
Stairs might be a challenge for some guests.

We chose this hotel as we were traveling to Blackpool by train and it is only about 5 minutes walk from the station. We were very pleased with our choice as on arrival we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good and the fried egg perfect (cooked all through - no snotty white) and the yoke splashed so it didn't look raw but still runny to dip your toast in. (well done Diane) We enjoyed our evenings at the bar with drinks very reasonably priced and the good company of our hosts. We shall definitely be returning to this hotel when we are in need of another trip to Blackpool.
The only complaint we have is we weren't there for long.

Really warm welcome received on arrival and the personal touch was continued throughout our stay. Room was a little on the small side but clean and very tidy. Overall very pleasent experience. Thanks!
Shower could have been better. Not much pressure. Shower cubicle could have done with a more vigourous clean

I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff were pleasant. It was also nice of them to let us leave our bags for the day. There was plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room.
The bed was really uncomfortable, there were springs sticking out of it everywhere. We had to sleep with the duvet on the mattress and then a sheet on top of us which meant we were cold for the night. The shower room was very basic, the TV in the room didn't work. The room was very small.

Excellent Breakfast and Friendly Hosts
The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly cooked full English. Our room was super clean and very comfortable, contributing to a relaxing experience. One minor suggestion would be to offer a wider selection of cereals at breakfast.

Friendly owners
I had booked a family room for 3 nights but we had to vacate it after 1st night as the room was too small for a family with 2 children. It was 3m by 3m room with no any small table or a sofa. I paid £90 for the 1st night that I think is not worth more than 60 quid.
